I have tried to different CPUs and two different Z87 oc formula MBs. I have tried to loosen the cpu block, with no luck. I have disconected RAM, VGA and connectors to usb etc, leaving only these componets connected: Power to CPU, one SSD, power to the water pump, power to the ssd, and the atx connector. On the onboard LCDscreen on the motherboard it's just the ASRock logo (no error codes). There is a red led on where it says CPU-led behind. After I have assembled it, it won't boot up. If steps 1~3 can't solve your problem, please try another SATA cable, SATA Port, or SATA hard disk (M.2 SSD) If there is dirt found, please clean it and try againĤ. If an M.2 SSD is installed, please re-connect the M.2 SSD again and confirm that the M.2 screw is lockedģ.
